The longest journey begins with a single step.
Refood's journey is to empower every community on earth to transform food waste into nutrition and environmental degradation into sustainable consumption, by using existing local resources to power a process that also transforms indifference into sustainability, solidarity and inclusion.
Our first step on this journey was taken in the Tetuán neighborhood of Madrid, Spain, where a small group of like-minded, determined people decided to change the world (which is, of course, the only thing that ever has).
Refood Tetuán is rescuing food, feeding people and including the community every day!
